Our Story

Based in Dublin, Ireland, Hittite Home brings handmade wool, silk and cotton home goods from Turkey and delivers them right to your doorstep. We are introducing ancient designs from Anatolia to modern homes and creating natural and unique home accessories to adorn your furniture with to make your décor stand out.

We aim to make the place where you come to rest at the end of a long day, where you entertain your friends, spend time with your loved one or raise your family feel as unique and special as the memories you make there.

So much of what we choose to make our home a more comfortable and vibrant space can be found in any chain of furniture store, just providing the bare minimum in terms of texture and appearance, made from the same mass-produced materials and generic patterns. Whatever home we visit, in whatever country we travel to nowadays is likely to have the same repetitive readymade style. We started to get tired of laying down to rest every day on the same cushions and throws that can be found in the homes of millions of people in the world, so we wanted to give you back that feeling of “home” that can be truly yours and yours alone.

Our goal is to bring you expertly selected and curated home decor products made from natural, durable materials with exquisite and unique designs.

No more of the cheap products made by big textile factories who put speed and quantity ahead of comfort and quality and ship their wares all over the world; the only thing you’re guaranteed with artificial fabrics is the need to replace them in a year or two.
